Who We Are

Greater Impact is a group of believers who have come together to "Impact Caroline County and beyond with the love of Christ for eternal gain."  That is a bold statement but we are reaching this goal by loving the Lord our God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength and loving each other.

What We Do

We meet twice a week to Experience the Holy Spirit together in worship.  On Saturday evening at 6 o'clock and Sunday morning at 11 o'clock, we gather in the Worship Center for our Worship experience of music, prayer, and message.  

What's Different

We are not what you would call a "traditional" church because we believe the God loves you no matter where you are or how you come.  We’re casual, upbeat, we like to laugh, not take ourselves too seriously and we’re probably not all that different from you. We’re a community of people inviting others to experience the difference that Jesus can make in their lives! 

Meet the team.

Doug Morley

Lead Pastor
Moving to Caroline County in 1995, Doug has served his community as a pastor, Bible teacher, and agency chaplain. He met his wife, Karen, after moving here and they were married in 2002. They have two sons, Ryan and Drew and enjoy trips to the beach, miniature golf, and playing games as a family. Pastor Doug enjoys gardening, kayaking, taking pictures, and walking his dog around the neighborhood. He’s passionate about sharing and showing the love of Jesus in tangible ways and is looking forward to “impacting Caroline County and beyond with the love of Christ for eternal gain.”

Kevin Wall

Assistant Pastor
Kevin & Dawn have been married since 1986 and have two daughters and six grandchildren.  Kevin has served in many positions since accepting the call to ministry in 2005.  Today he is enjoying his many roles at Greater Impact, including leading Student Ministries, worship, and the media production team.  Kevin enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, camping, and time in the pool.  His passion now is to see Greater Impact have a presence in Caroline County and, beyond that, truly see lives changed and people saved.

Noah Dixon

Next Gen Pastor
Noah is from Felton, Delaware, and has been a part of Greater Impact Church his entire life, growing up in the same building when the church was known as New Life Wesleyan Church. He is a 2026 graduate of Delaware State University and will soon continue his education in seminary. In August 2026, Noah stepped into the role of Next Gen Pastor, where he serves middle and high school students as well as young adults, helping them grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus.

Outside of church, Noah enjoys running at Delaware’s state parks, biking, reading, hunting, and spending time at the beach. He is passionate about seeing hearts opened toward God and others and helping the next generation become confident in their faith and bold in expressing it throughout their lives. His favorite Bible verse is 1 John 4:19: “We love because He first loved us.

Barbie Semans

Administrative Assistant
Dave & Barbie Semans have been married for 40 years. They have two daughters that live away and two grandchildren. They love outdoor activities such as camping, yard work, and traveling. They both serve in many areas. If you need something, anything,  Barbie is the person to see.it.
